Jennifer moved to East Tennessee from Alpharetta, GA and needed a plumbing team she could trust in a new town. Here's what she had to say after working with Matt and the Sunrise crew.

"I didn't have to explain anything. He just got it." That's the Matt difference.

Add in fair pricing, a crew that shows up on time and ready to work, and a job finished in days instead of weeks, and it's no wonder Jennifer's not calling anyone else.

This is what we mean when we say we treat every home like it's our neighbor's. Welcome to the Sunrise family, Jennifer!

D. Hunter had a shower that quit on them and needed it fixed fast. No upselling, no scare tactics, just a quick, honest repair and some solid advice to keep it running right.

That's the job every time. Show up, fix the actual problem, tell you the truth about what you do (and don't) need.

Jeff the pug approves this message. šŸ¾

Keep an eye out, you might just spot us out on the road today! šŸ§” That orange wrap isn't easy to miss, and if you see it rolling through your neighborhood, give us a wave. Jeff the Pug is probably riding sh***un, supervising as usual.

Need a plumber? We're already out and about, chances are we're closer than you think.

Matt getting the truck loaded up and ready for the next job. Every stop starts with a quick check, right tools, right parts, no guesswork so you're not waiting around while we figure it out on your driveway.

That's the Sunrise way: show up prepared, fix it right the first time.

Got a job for us? We're already halfway out the door.

Called out to Aquatic Marine this week for a job that's a little different than our usual calls.

They're renovating the shop, new flooring going in, so Matt and the crew pulled toilets, checked flanges, and handled some air line work to get everything ready for the next phase. Not every day we get to work around fish tanks and filtration systems instead of kitchens and bathrooms, but plumbing is plumbing, and we treat every job the same: show up, do it right, leave it better than we found it.

Thanks to Aquatic Marine for having us out. Jeff approves of this one especially (he's got opinions about the fish tanks).

Follow along for more behind-the-scenes jobs and plumbing tips you can actually use at home.

We love a good community event! Jeff couldn't make it to this one, but the Sunrise Plumbing crew still showed up in full force for the IDS Designed Resources Showcase on 9/15.

This one was hosted by the Interior Design Society and brought together about 40 local vendors, all specializing in custom projects for your home and everything interior. It was awesome meeting so many great local businesses in that space.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and chatted with us. This is what community-first means to us.

"For once, a plumbing company came in and did the job with NO stress."

That's the review we work for. Raven went in, replaced the wax ring that was causing the bathroom smell, ran a new exhaust vent through the ceiling and roof, and still wore booties to keep the carpet clean.

Knoxville, this is what showing up right looks like. Thank you J. Kossifas for the kind words!
