The finished product is coming into view! 🙌

First, I want to take a second to thank everyone who’s followed along. I’ve gotten texts from people asking about the progress, and it’s pretty cool to see people care enough to keep tabs on what we’re building.

Secondly, I want to thank the team. Building is stressful, and when you have new guys working together, finding that rhythm sometimes takes more effort than you realize. I’ve had some absolute studs step up, push hard, and help get us here, and I appreciate them.

We learn every day. We’re not quite 100% finished with these projects, but we’re nearing the finish line, and it feels good to step back and see all that work coming together!

Just got another one pending! That’s the second one in the past couple of weeks. 🙌

What builders and investors don’t talk about enough is the risk.

At any given time, we can be risking nearly everything we have on the properties we’re building—trusting that there will be a buyer at the end. A lot of good builders have gone bankrupt because they took on too much risk or expanded too quickly.

I’ve learned to stop letting that risk control me. I pray over our business, trust God with the outcome, and remind myself never to let greed—or money—become more important than my relationship with Him.

Even if everything were taken from me, I would still have what matters most: my family and my faith.

Most people know Philippians 4:13:

“I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”

But the verse before it is just as powerful:

“I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.”
—Philippians 4:12–13 NIV

That’s the kind of man I want to be—content in abundance and content in adversity.

I’ll keep working hard, taking wise risks, honoring God, and trusting Him with the results. All the glory belongs to Him.

Progress at Lot 4 | The Estates at Thunder Mountain 🔨

Exterior siding is almost complete, with specialty siding now being installed across the front. We’re also about halfway finished with the stonework on the front of the home.
