A 5-star review is always worth celebrating.

Behind every finished landscape is a team that shows up, works hard, and cares about getting the details right. We’re proud of the work we do, and even more grateful when our clients take the time to share their experience.

Thank you for trusting our team and letting us do what we love.

From the first dig to the final planting, every detail of this project reflects the care, precision, and pride our team brings to the work.

Projects like this don’t come together overnight. They take thoughtful planning, skilled hands, attention to detail, and a team committed to doing things the right way. The finished landscape is beautiful, but we’re just as proud of what happens behind the scenes: people growing in their skills, taking ownership of their work, and creating something meaningful together.

The transformation speaks for itself. 🌱 Take a look at what our team can grow together.

There’s something special about creating a space meant to bring people together. Our crew put care into every detail of this patio install, creating a place for conversations, laughter, and memories for years to come.

Every project helps our team grow their skills while creating something meaningful for a family. That’s work worth showing up for.

Warm soil this time of year gives new plantings a head start that many people don’t realize is possible. 🌱 Our crew has been taking advantage of that window, getting plants in the ground while conditions are right so their root systems can establish before cooler temperatures arrive.

Because good landscaping isn’t just about choosing the right plants. It’s about knowing when to plant them, how to care for them, and giving them the best possible start.

The Seeds of Change difference is in the details. 🌱

These aerial photos show what consistent, professional lawn care can do. Healthy, well-maintained lawns don't happen by accident. It takes the right care, attention, and consistency.

From mowing and seasonal maintenance to total property management, our team is proud to help properties across Blount, Knox, and Loudon Counties and surrounding East Tennessee communities look their best.

See the difference for yourself. Inquire through the link in our bio.

Every project we take on does more than change a yard. It gives someone on our crew a chance to build stability, confidence, skills, and a future. That impact reaches into families, neighborhoods, and our community.

And building that kind of impact starts with a strong team. We work hard, support each other, and make time to have a little fun along the way!

At Seeds of Change, the work is about more than landscaping. It’s about growing people, building teams, and creating change together.

Employee Spotlight: Hannah M., TPM Production Manager 🌱

Meet Hannah! She oversees our contract client accounts and leads quality control, going out to inspect crew work and coaching our team to sharpen their craft every day.

Outside of work, Hannah is happiest in her own garden, spending time with her husband, and playing with her grandchildren. What she loves most about Seeds of Change is being part of a team that works daily to better our community and the lives of the people here.

We are so grateful to have Hannah as a leader on our team!

Happy Labor Day! Today, we’re celebrating the people behind the work.

At Seeds of Change, we believe meaningful work creates meaningful change. Every project is an opportunity to build skills, grow confidence, and take pride in what we create together.

We’re incredibly grateful for our team. No one works harder, brings more dedication, or puts more heart into their craft than our crew. Their hard work doesn’t just shape beautiful landscapes. It helps cultivate growth, opportunity, and a stronger community.

We shared a little more about what it means to be an Employment Social Enterprise (ESE) and why that model shapes everything we do at Seeds of Change.

For us, social impact isn’t a side note to the business. It’s the foundation of it. An ESE creates meaningful opportunities for people while operating as a sustainable business, bringing together employment, workforce development, community impact, and long-term growth.

It’s a different way of thinking about business, and it influences how we work, who we hire, and the impact we strive to create in our community.

Plant Spotlight: Dwarf Fothergilla

Dwarf Fottergilla is a compact native shrub that earns its spot in a lot of East Tennessee landscapes. Fragrant white blooms in spring, brilliant color in fall, and low maintenance in between. Pollinators love it too, especially the early ones.

If you're looking for a low-maintenance native shrub that delivers beauty across multiple seasons, Dwarf Fothergilla is a solid choice.
