Check out this 12x16 we finished this week in North Knoxville

This one has a few upgrades.

1. Tall walls. The sidewalls are seven and a half feet tall. Creating significantly more storage volume for all the #%*! currently filling your garage.

2. Cedar under skirting. Skunks are cute but less so when they settle in under your shed.

3. A steel residential door. Because if you are going to hide from your in-laws in the shed, you’ll need a sturdy door.

4. An insulated floor. R13 fiberglass insulation under the floor means that if your significant other ever moves you to the shed at least your feet won’t be too cold in the winter.

5. Hurricane ties. The shed is attached to the ground with anchors and steel cables. Unless you think a storm blowing away all your Christmas decorations would be a blessing…

Of course we built it all on site. Do you really want your expensive new shed to survive the potholes on 40 before it even arrives at your house?

Our specialty is providing our neighbors with higher quality sheds than they can get anywhere else, and building them by scratch where nobody else can. This beautiful 12x16 is color matched to the customer’s house and situated at the top of a hill behind a fence. The only way to get a pre-built shed in there would have been with a helicopter!

Check out this great 12x16 we just finished in South Knoxville! We color matched the siding and roofing to our customer’s house. The ramp is actually removable to minimize the impact on the yard.

And this shed is surrounded by a chain link fence. Site building made this shed possible, you aren’t getting a mass-produced delivered shed into this yard!
