⚠️ Storm Damage Alert for Klamath Basin Homeowners

That storm that rolled through last night brought strong wind and hail, and your roof, siding, gutters, vents, and flashing may have taken damage even if everything looks okay from the ground.

Hail and wind damage is not always obvious right away. Small bruises on shingles, lifted shingles, dented vents, damaged gutters, cracked siding, and loosened flashing can turn into leaks later if they are not caught early.

A few things to look for around your home:

* Shingle granules collecting in gutters or at downspouts
* Dents on gutters, downspouts, vents, or metal flashing
* Missing, lifted, or creased shingles
* Pieces of siding, trim, or roofing materials on the ground
* Water spots inside the home after the storm
* Loose fence boards, damaged paint, or exposed exterior wood

Please do not climb on your roof to inspect it yourself. Storm-damaged roofs can be slick, unstable, and unsafe.
