Getting equipment onto a job site is one thing. Getting it in and out without tearing up the surrounding landscape is another.

Another load of 880 mm segmental casing is headed out to a customer.

Throwback to getting equipment unloaded and our display ready for the March 2026 CONEXPO CON AGG show in Las Vegas.

Trade shows are a chance to connect with the people who keep this industry moving. Contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and drilling professionals all come together to talk equipment, tooling, job site challenges, and what is next for the industry.

Getting everything into place takes planning, teamwork, and a lot of heavy equipment. We were proud to be part of the action and grateful for every conversation we had along the way.

A mountain top foundation project in Boone, North Carolina called for a practical solution.

For this residential job, the contractor needed a way to complete foundation drilling without bringing in a full size drill rig. Petra Drilling Supply provided the skid steer rotary drill attachment for rent and supplied the tooling needed to get the work done.

That is the advantage of the right equipment in the right application. When access is limited and the job site presents a challenge, a skid steer drill attachment can give contractors the versatility to keep moving forward.

Please join us in welcoming Kendall to the Petra Drilling Supply team as our new Controller!

Kendall is joining Petra with a strong background in construction and project accounting, including experience supporting construction and engineering firms with job costing, project financials, payroll, and financial reporting. Her knowledge and attention to detail will be an incredible asset as our team continues to grow.

Kendall and her family are making the move to Alabama from Oahu, Hawaii. As an active duty Coast Guard family, they have made homes in Kodiak, Alaska, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Corpus Christi, Texas, Tampa, Florida, and Oahu. They are no strangers to new adventures.

Outside of work, Kendall enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, getting outdoors for ATV rides and hikes, rollerblading, reading, and arts and crafts. She is also looking forward to exploring Alabama with her family. Fun fact: she drives a lime green 2020 Ford Mustang.

When asked what drew her to Petra, Kendall shared that it was the people. From her first conversation, she saw a team with genuine values and a culture that reaches beyond the work itself.

We could not be more excited to have you with us, Kendall. Welcome to the Petra family.

For 250 years, this country has been driven forward by the men and women who wake up before dawn, who pour the concrete, who drive the steel, and who build the infrastructure of freedom from the ground up. It is a legacy written in sweat, callouses, and unwavering resolve.

Today, we celebrate International Drillers Day! 🌍 This special day honors the incredible drillers and rig workers who drive progress beneath the surface—whether it’s for operating in the mining, oil, gas, and construction industries. Drilling is at the heart of innovation, and today, we honor the hard work, skill, and bravery of these unsung heroes.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. The men and women who laid down their lives didn't do it for a flag or a government they did it for their families, their neighbors, and a nation worth fighting for.

At Petra Drilling Supply, we're grateful every day for the liberty we have to work, worship, and serve our community freely. That freedom was bought at a cost we can never repay but we can remember. We can honor. And we can live lives worthy of their sacrifice.
