Bogatay Construction, Inc. has been selected as the General Contractor for the North Junction Trailhead and Restroom Improvements project at Crater Lake National Park. Crews began mobilization this week!

This special project includes new pathways, railings, rock walls, and facilities that will improve visitor access while preserving the natural beauty of this iconic landscape.

JOIN THE TEAM THAT BUILDS THE BEST & ROLLS CLEAN DOING IT.

Bogatay Construction is looking for a hardworking, detail-obsessed person to join our crew as a Fleet & Equipment Detailer. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our pickups, heavy-duty rigs, and iron looking sharp and ready for battle whether it’s rolling up to a jobsite or back at the shop.

If you take pride in clean trucks, don’t mind getting a little dirty to make things shine, and want to be part of a team that builds Oregon from the ground up this gig is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Detail pickups, semi-trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment like excavators and graders. Power wash, degrease, vacuum, and make rigs shine inside & out. Travel to job sites to perform on-location wash/detailing. Keep our gear looking dialed in and jobsite ready.
Maintain wash stations, supplies, and shop cleanliness. Report damage or anything out of spec to the Fleet Manager. Other duties as assigned.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience with heavy trucks, pickups, or construction equipment? Even better. Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required). Physically fit and ready to handle demanding work. Takes pride in a job well done and works hard without being micromanaged. Willing to work in the shop and the field, rain or shine. Doesn’t cut corners, keeps our fleet sharp and our image sharper.

As a first-tier General Contractor based in Klamath Falls, we manage exciting commercial projects across Oregon and Northern California, focusing on civil, multi-family housing and educational facilities.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Office Assistant to support our daily operations and project teams. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

- Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and cheerfully
- Greet guests and support visitor check-ins
- Assist Project Managers and leadership with administrative tasks
- Attend meetings and take accurate, organized notes
- Maintain neat and stocked common areas (lobby, kitchen, conference room)
- Print, scan, file, archive, and collate project and office documents
- Help with project-related paperwork (RFIs, submittals, permits, bid docs)
- Order and organize office supplies; track deliveries and packages
- Run local office errands as needed
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For:
Required:

- Friendly phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam
- Typing speed of 55+ WPM
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Team-player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable managing a multi-line phone system

Preferred (but not required):

- Experience in construction, engineering, or architecture offices
- Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Teams, or 8x8
- Experience assisting with technical documents like RFIs, submittals, or permits

Physical Requirements:

Mostly a seated role, with occasional walking, kneeling, or standing
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

🔧 Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic 🧰

Bogatay Construction, Inc. is a leading General Contractor based in Klamath Falls, Oregon, with projects throughout Oregon and Northern California. We specialize in commercial construction, focusing on multi-family housing and educational facilities. We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent Bogatay Construction professionally while performing essential maintenance and repair duties in the field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform and assist with routine maintenance tasks on the entire fleet, including oil changes, air filters, and battery replacements.
• Travel to field sites as needed to maintain and operate vehicles and equipment, support logistics, manage tools, provide site instruction, and ensure safety and quality.
• Inspect vehicles for worn parts and conduct safety inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine repairs, such as changing tires, servicing batteries, and replacing simple mechanical parts like spark plugs, fan belts, and light bulbs.
• Install, configure, and upgrade equipment at various field locations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with technology equipment.
• Document installation, repair work, and maintain tools and equipment used during service calls.
• Manage the inventory of replacement parts and equipment.
• Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and vehicles as required.
• Repair and overhaul various equipment such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, electric generators, small gas motors, and air compressors.
• Regularly clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and the shop environment.
• Safely handle operations involving combustibles, asbestos, or other hazardous materials, using appropriate safety equipment and procedures.
• Operate vehicles and equipment on public roadways.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five years of experience in heavy equipment or diesel truck repair.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug testing required.
• Strong English communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating hand, air, and power tools.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Salary: DOE, starting at $27-$35/hour
• Benefits: Health insurance (including dental and vision) after 90 days, Life Insurance, 401K and Profit Sharing after 1,000 hours, company vehicle privileges with a fuel card, Paid Time Off (including Sick, Vacation, Holiday, and Personal days).
