Wow! We had such a fantastic time at the Western States Roofing Expo in Las Vegas. We have so many great takeaways and plans on how to do what we do even better. We always enjoy these events because of the knowledge we bring back with us and the connections we are able to make that allow us to better serve our customers.

Our customers are truly some of the kindest people this world has to offer. One particular customer we worked with recently stood out even more than the rest. Last week, we got the absolute pleasure of working with a kind woman named Rochelle. She was generous beyond belief and so supportive of the business. From deciding to provide lunch for our crew while they were there, to encouraging them and letting them know how appreciated they were as they worked, and even adding on a “tip” onto her final invoice because of how impressed she was with the entire process, this gal is truly 1 in a million! We are completely blown away. It is so inspiring to us that these are the type of kind folks in our community. What a great way to start the week!!

This past week, we got the absolute privilege of attending the GAF Pacific Northwest Roofing Expo. The amount of knowledge and experience shared was truly invaluable. We are so excited and proud to be able to offer this value and knowledge with our clients!

Riley got the opportunity this past week to speak to some of the students at KCC. Our community college has an absolutely outstanding construction program. With benefits such as grants that go towards tools for students who complete the class, top quality facilities, and OSHA 10 card certification, these students are truly being set up for success! It is so great to see the next generation of professional tradesmen and women off to such a great start.
