Just last week we started this 8 unit underslab rough-in at Cambridge Cove Condos. Today was inspection day. We're happy to say that we passed with flying colors! Looking forward to the next phase. The above slab building rough-in!

We recently were called about the replacement of a 80 gallon water heater. While consulting with the customer prior to the replacement we decided to remove all exposed polybutylene piping and re-pipe. Polybutylene is a defective plumbing material that was installed from the early 1980's to the mid 90's in our area. It very well could be a disaster waiting to happen with the lack of structural integrity eventually causing it to fail and leak. Here are before and after photos of water heater replacement and re-pipe complete with shut off valves and drain downs for outdoor plumbing fixtures. Call or email for scheduling and estimates.
