Just found out that Granite State Sanctuary has been named a Top 3 finalist in the 2026 nation-wide ICF Builder Awards, recognized in the Unlimited Residential category.

"Located in New Hampshire, this modern residence features over 19,000 sq. ft. of ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) construction, including all exterior walls, a structural ICF floor system, and an indoor pool. With striking rooflines, custom angles, and cathedral ceilings reaching up to 22 feet, the home combines bold architectural design with exceptional craftsmanship and performance."

This recognition celebrates the partnership of Groen Construction, CIB Custom Homes, Atlantic Builders Supply, and studioB-E, who collaborated closely to bring this design to life.

Final placements will be announced at the ICF Builder Awards Ceremony during World of Concrete 2026 in Las Vegas on January 21, 2026.
