I normally don’t share much about my personal life or health on social media, but I felt that I owed an explanation to my clients, friends, and everyone who has supported me over the years.
Some of you have probably noticed that I’ve been posting a little more about my health lately. The reason is simple: I wanted to give you a little understanding of what I’m going through and why you may not be seeing me around for a while.
On the 31st of this month, I will be having open-heart surgery for two bypasses. This is certainly not something I ever expected to be sharing, but I believe in being honest with the people who have been loyal to me and to my business for so many years.
I want all of my clients to know that your lawns and your routes will still be taken care of. I have a couple of good guys who will be working and making sure my clients continue to receive the same attention and care. I will also stay in touch as much as I can during my recovery.
But more importantly, I want to say how blessed I am to have my family beside me. My two boys have been a tremendous source of strength, and my wife has been my rock through all of this. Every time life knocks me down, she somehow finds a way to pick me back up. I honestly don’t know where I would be without her.
To all of my clients: thank you for your loyalty, your friendship, your patience, and the trust you have placed in me and my business. You are more than just customers to me—you have become part of the journey.
For now, I have to step back, take care of myself, and focus on getting through this. I may not be around the way you’re used to seeing me, but I’m not going anywhere.
With God’s help, the love and support of my family, and all of you behind me, I plan on coming back stronger. 🙏❤️
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
