Every project reaches a point that the blueprints or plans didn't anticipate. Knowing when to trust our instinct on the best next steps is what allows Southcrest expertise and knowledge to shine. During this build of Mason Classical Academy's new Vanderbilt campus, we ensured every detail was thoughtfully implemented. Including a new basketball court, full soccer field, and large cafeteria.

Happy first day of school to the Mason Classical Academy Vanderbilt students! 🎒📚

The new Mason Classical Academy Vanderbilt Campus is one of our most ambitious educational projects to date. From the oversized cafetorium and athletic facilities to the classrooms and supporting infrastructure, the scale of this campus reflects the scale of Mason’s vision for its next chapter.

As one of Florida’s largest K–8 charter school campuses, it was built for a school with more than 1,400 students waiting for the opportunity to attend and today, those students are beginning to make it their own.

We’re proud of what our team and partners accomplished, and we wish the students, teachers, and staff a fantastic first day!
