Hello all the view and like my page .
Sorry for the delays on my start up being new to start mowing lawn is harder then expected.
Had someone that was supposed to help with me to mow and do the work and backed out...
So looking for someone that maybe local to the area of where 192 Osceola sheriff office vicinity to meet up with me or I could pick them up if you are within that area to work with me daily to look for customers promote have customer sign up register on the app .
It's important to get the customers to sign up and register on the app it will have their phone number that email and communication to where I could possibly see if they need anything done or if they've been really good customers that could offer them discounts and they're able to pay online if they don't have cash or if they're on vacation and they forgot they have to get their grass to be cut they could proceed to pay and request services..
Another thing to be able work outdoor on nice days ( rainy days are no work and storm or hurricane etc) . So every nice day counts to offset no money on bad days ...
Later in time we can offer chainsaw tree log cutting as we grow or help someone in a emergency situation if a tree falls on a car or house that needs to be trim down ...
Right now we are doing very basic lawn maintenance and yard clean yard clean up nothing that big...
Pay is per house commission 1/3 and any grocery tips with 50-50 share .. I don't get more or less then my partner ...for same work ..

If you wanna make a hustle cash daily or weekly and credit card payments we have to wait to get paid till clears but you'll be paid and email will give you what is owed for that day for such payments .

During the fall and winter I do have a seasonal job that may require me work 4-5 days but that will be ok and plan regular customer on my days off ... Everything is slower that part of the year anyways ....

Well hope to see if anyone wanna work of their is still people like this exist lol 😆..

And you are to know this job requires you have safety and caution at 100% that means no slippers open shoes while doing lawn and if you're going to wear shorts.... He prepared to have debris pebbles grass or such to hit your legs... I protection is recommended you could easily get a safety glasses at any of these stores very easily sunglasses are not considered safety glasses... Also we must respect those who still want to proceed with safe distance we don't talk to customers while we're working we don't get paid to talk we get paid to mow and get to the next property....

the more customers I can arrange on the same block or small community the better I can keep prices at a better deal but prices will vary on economy parts and labor different variations not just because we want to charge more ...

As of 2022 March I will be only promoting Kissimmee at limited areas for work poinciana will be off my market to look for lawn .
I will update the zip codes of the areas that I will be service basic mowing only with w**d whacking and leaf blowing only driveways and walkways in the front . Other task will cost extra and negotiable to agreement 🤝.

I'm single guy ( non professional doing this to survive and get known and built my professional status from new ).

Those who work with me building my success I will consider them my VIP customers to keep utilizing me... And
The only time that I will not be able to cut and mow lawn is when the grass is wet and rainy days due to science and facts the grass blades are wet and lean over this will cause your grass to have patches and the lawn mower to get stuck....
My suggestion after each time you cut your lawn you should sprinkle some lawn pellets that prevent any pyramid ants and other insects ...
The pellets and granules stay on your lawn much longer than what a pest control would use which is liquid it's not so successful with the pest control uses but if you purchase the pellets and granules at the same time when I do your lawn I will be grateful to spread them out on the grass for a small fee around the perimeter needed ....
