Warm wood cabinetry brings back that mid-century warmth, while the muted sage green painted cabinets add just the right amount of personality without overpowering the space. Light countertops and updated lighting keep everything feeling bright and balanced and the arched bar area with open shelving and statement tile backsplash? That’s the custom built-in moment that makes this kitchen feel like it was always meant to be this way💫

Sometimes a small bathroom just needs the right designer eye and a little courage to tear out a closet. 😄
This Shoreline rambler bath had great bones but wasted potential. By relocating the toilet and removing a tucked-away closet, we unlocked the flow the space deserved- replacing it with a floating vanity that delivers all the storage and so much more style. The soft sage green vertical tile, frameless shower glass, and warm brushed gold hardware bring a calm, coastal-modern energy that feels perfectly Pacific Northwest. Finding the potential hiding in plain sight, that’s what we love to do. 🏠

This kitchen transformation was all about opening the space and layering in warm, timeless details. We replaced the small angled island with a large gathering island in a dark walnut, to contrast the griege cabinetry on the walls, reworked the entry between the kitchen and dining room into a soft archway, and added a full bar wall with open shelving a beverage fridge and ice machine of course😉

But the true stunner is the space is the Soli Taj Quartz countertops paired with a full-height backsplash creating a soft, creamy backdrop for the entire kitchen. A custom ledge detail behind the range adds a subtle design moment perfect for both styling and everyday use✨

From dark + dated to bright + beautifully functional ✨

This Kirkland bathroom and laundry combo got a full refresh, and the transformation is everything.

We replaced the heavy wood paneling with a soft, airy palette, added a clean-lined glass shower with timeless tile, a custom oak vanity, warm brass accents, and built-in laundry storage to keep everything tucked away but easily accessible.

We also completely reimagined their family bathroom with a fresh new vanity, updated tub and shower surround, and a lighter, more cohesive finish palette to better serve everyday routines.

Two hardworking bathrooms, thoughtfully redesigned for real life. 🫶

From underutilized loft + blank walls to intentional, functional living ✨

For this Kenmore home, we designed and built custom living room built-ins with integrated cabinetry, open shelving, and a cozy window bench to frame the space and add both storage and warmth. The result? A clean, tailored focal point that feels seamless and elevated.

Upstairs, we reimagined the open loft by closing off the space with a black grid interior window and creating a brand-new entry point—transforming it into the ultimate game room for the kids 🎬🎮 Functional separation without losing light or style.

Thoughtful layout changes + custom millwork = a home that works better for real life.

A total kitchen transformation in Bellevue! We reworked the layout, repositioned the glass sliding door for better flow, and carved out a bright bar seating nook with a window outlook that floods the space with natural light☀️

A mix of white oak and soft creamy-white cabinetry, a standout glass cabinetry detail and Soli Taj quartz bring depth, warmth, and a clean, timeless finish. Anchored by an oversized island, this kitchen is now built for gathering, cooking, and everyday living🏡

This kitchen got a full refresh — opening up the layout just a bit, improving flow, and layering in timeless finishes for a warmer, more welcoming feel🤎 One of our favorite updates was reshaping the walk-through into a soft arched opening, a signature detail we love for the character and warmth it adds.

The space features semi-custom cabinetry paired with MSI Soli Taj quartz, a warm, marble-inspired surface with subtle veining and movement, used on both the countertops and backsplash for a seamless and luxe look ✨ Clean, functional, and designed for everyday living — this transformation is a good one.

Organic Modern Kitchen Reimagined in Juanita ✨

A once closed-off, dated kitchen in this Juanita, Kirkland home is now a bright, open, mid-century–inspired space. We blended warm white oak with creamy white cabinetry framed in oak for a custom, furniture-like look, paired with terrazzo-style quartz and Statements Flauti Sage Gloss tile for fun color and texture. Opening the layout, expanding the window, and adding a spacious island completely transformed how this home lives and feels.
