Stair framing in progress 🔨

Starting with the base secured to the concrete, then cutting and installing the stair stringers.

Every connection is protected from moisture — waterproof barrier between the concrete and pressure-treated lumber, plus flashing tape on top to help prevent water from getting into the wood.

Proper fastening, proper waterproofing, and attention to every detail — building it to last. 💪
