Fast growing home improvement company is seeking a True Ninja closer
for our inside sales team, This is a Full Time position

Some duties include building Rapport virtually (by phone, SMS, email or social media) you will keep track of multiple opportunities at the same time, You will develop the best strategies to Close deals, by guiding and helping homeowners to make the best decision about the home improvement project. You will create SMS and email Drip campaigns to follow up on leads and keep them hot or warm.
Qualifications and skills
1-3 years sales experience.
• Closing skills - This is a must and Number 1 Requirement
• Successful negotiation and consultative skills preferred.
• Diligent follow up - This is an Absolute must
• Positive attitude - Absolutely a Must
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Impecable work ethic
• Must be easily reachable as this is a Work from home situation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships virtually
• Skilled in performing digital research and social selling to uncover information that can help generate customer insights to improve customer engagements..
• Experience with digital tools preferred (CRMs, Skype, Zoom, Trello )

Compensation
$15,000/mo + Commissions
Potential Commissions
$15,000-35,000
