🎉⚡ You're Invited! Brickell Electric Ribbon Cutting! ✂️

Big things are happening at Brickell Electric, and we're excited to celebrate this next chapter with our community!

Earlier this year, we made the decision to focus our business solely on electrical services and put even more intention behind serving Roane County and the surrounding communities we call home.

Part of that vision is building stronger connections, growing alongside other local businesses, and finding more ways to support the people and organizations that make our community special.

From helping homeowners and businesses with their electrical needs to supporting local nonprofits and connecting with fellow small business owners, we believe a stronger community starts with showing up and being involved. ❤️

We’re proud to be members of the Roane County Chamber of Commerce and would love for you to join us as we celebrate this new chapter!

🌮💡 PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Wizapa’s Street Tacos!!

Good food deserves good lighting! 🌮⚡

Brickell Electric recently helped Wizapa’s Street Tacos with a lighting upgrade to help brighten things up while they keep serving up some seriously awesome Mexican food.

We’re always happy to help local businesses keep things running smoothly! But we’ll admit, this project gave us one more reason to stop by for a bite! 😉

If you haven’t tried Wizapa’s yet, consider this your sign. The lighting is our work, but the food speaks for itself! 🌮🔥

📍 Go show some love to this local favorite in Harriman!

⚡ Is your electrical panel showing its age?

This home had an older Zinsco electrical panel that we replaced with a new modern panel.

⚠️ Zinsco panels have documented concerns with the breaker-to-bus connections. Over time, these connections can overheat and damage the breaker, and in some cases affect its ability to trip properly.

⏰️ Just like the other major systems in your home, electrical equipment has a lifespan. An older panel may still be working, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's providing the level of protection and reliability today's homes need.

⚡️With this upgrade, we also installed a whole-home surge protector to help protect the home's electrical equipment and electronics from damaging voltage surges. Surges can come from sources such as lightning, utility activity, or equipment cycling on and off inside the home.

⚡️A panel upgrade isn't just about having a newer-looking panel. It's about having an electrical system that is safe, reliable, organized and ready for today's demands.

Not sure what type of panel you have? Give Marc Brickell with Brickell Electric a call and we will gladly take a look.

Project and Business Spotlight🎉

⚡ Helping a new local business get off to a strong start! ☕📚

We recently had the opportunity to help The Next Chapter Bookstore Coffee Cafe in Kingston get their electrical system ready to better support their growing business.

Brickell Electric added new circuits to help their operation run more efficiently and keep things moving as they serve their customers. We also replaced an outdated Federal Pacific electrical panel with a new main electrical panel to provide a safer, more reliable electrical system.

We love being able to do more than just electrical work—we love helping local businesses grow, operate safely, and serve our community. ❤️

And by the way...the coffee is GOOD and the vibe is amazing! ☕😉

Be sure to check out The Next Chapter Bookstore & Coffee Cafe and support this new local business! 📚

Giving back to our community is important to us. ❤️

We’re proud to support organizations that are making a difference right here in our community. Sometimes giving back means more than writing a check—it means showing up, sharing, and helping spread the word.

If you don’t know the mission behind Arrows in the Sky, we encourage you to follow their socials and see the wave they are making and ripple effect of what they’re doing. 🌊

We’re honored to support their mission and this event. ❤️

🔶🔷🔹 The 3rd Annual | Hope in the Silence - Silent Auction and 6th Annual Celebration of Life | Wave of Light are both made possible because businesses in our community choose to say YES to hope. 🔹🔷🔶

👏🏻 Yes to supporting families navigating pregnancy loss.
👏🏻 Yes to standing beside those facing infant loss and infertility.
👏🏻 Yes to helping Arrows in the Sky continue reaching families with hope, compassion, and tangible support.

We are incredibly grateful to this year’s sponsors:

FROG Pools LLC
Phillips Infrastructure

🔷 Healing Sponsors 🔷

🔹 Hope Sponsors 🔹

Your support goes far beyond helping us host an event. It helps us continue serving families who are walking through some of the hardest seasons of their lives.

Thank you for believing in this mission, investing in this community, and helping us remind families that they do not have to walk alone.

Community. Hope. Healing.💙🧡

⚡ Electrical Tip

Half your outlets suddenly stopped working? Don't panic... and don't blame the ghosts just yet. 👻

Believe it or not, we receive several calls each month about outlets that have suddenly stopped working.

The first thing we ask is:

"Have you checked your GFCI outlets?"

Many homeowners don't realize that one tripped GFCI outlet can shut off power to several other outlets in your home.

More often than not, they press the RESET button, the outlets come back on, and the problem is solved right over the phone.

😊 Homeowner happy.
💲 Money saved.

At Brickell Electric, we'd rather help you solve a simple problem than have you pay for a service call you don't need. We believe honesty and helping people always come first.

If resetting the GFCI doesn't solve the problem, or it continues to trip, that's when it's time to have a licensed electrician take a closer look.

Questions? We're always happy to help.

💡 Pro Tip: Test your GFCI outlets monthly by pressing the TEST button, then RESET. It only takes a few seconds and helps keep your family protected.

56 years young, 40+ years of construction experience, and he still insists he can outwork guys half his age! (Most days, he actually can. 😄)

We hope your day is filled with family, good food, plenty of dessert and a little R and R.

Help us wish Marc a very Happy Birthday! 🎂🎈⚡
