As we head into another heating season, we want to be honest about what our customers can expect from us.
We would love to say we have enough time to handle every call and every job that comes across our table. Unfortunately, during the busiest and coldest stretches, that simply isn’t possible.
We could add more hands and lower our standards to increase volume—but that isn’t how we operate. We are a small company by choice. Staying small allows us to protect the quality of our work and provide the level of service our customers have come to expect.
We will put in the hours and do everything reasonably possible, but there are limits to what a small crew can accomplish in one day. Emergencies and situations involving health, safety, or loss of heat during extreme weather must take priority.
If you don’t receive an immediate callback, please don’t take it personally. During heating season, we are often walking through our own doors at 10:00 p.m. or later. Our phone operator works through a call center—not directly from our office—and may not know our exact schedule or availability.
If your situation is urgent, please call again. Persistent communication helps us recognize which situations require immediate attention.
We will always strive to do our best for as many people as possible without sacrificing the standards that define our company. Knowing where we all stand—and extending a little patience and understanding—helps everyone get through the toughest parts of heating season.
Thank you for your trust, patience, and continued support.
