🔨 HELP WANTED — CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Appalachian Custom Builders LLC is looking for a young, hard-working, dependable person who wants to get into the construction trade.

You don’t have to know how to do everything. In fact, we expect the right person to start at the bottom and learn the right way.

The job will involve plenty of basic labor at first — carrying materials, cleaning up, loading and unloading, helping the crew, and doing whatever needs to be done on the jobsite. As you prove yourself and learn, you’ll be given the opportunity to take on more skilled work.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Is willing to get dirty and do the hard jobs
• Listens and takes direction
• Wants to actually learn a trade
• Takes pride in doing things right
• Can work hard without having to be babysat
• Has reliable transportation
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required

We’re not promising that you’ll be running a crew in six months. You’ll have to earn your way up. But if you’re willing to work, pay attention, and learn, we’ll take the time to teach you how to do quality construction the right way.

Looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to learn a trade and build something they can make a career out of. Work is Kingsport, TN located.
