Back at another J.S. Howell custom home, and this insulation is a sight to see. 👀

The combination of spray foam and fiberglass batts is downright breathtaking. At least to us insulation folks. 😂

Beautiful craftsmanship, even behind the walls. 💪

Another custom home getting the Mullins treatment. 💪

Our crew is in Fall Branch, TN installing fiberglass batts and BIBS (Blown-In Blanket System) insulation in this beautiful Southern Dream Home Builders custom home.

Two insulation methods, one goal. A comfortable, energy-efficient home. 🏡

We’re installing spray foam insulation in this incredible J.S. Howell custom home on Sanctuary Court in Johnson City.

When you’re building a home this impressive, what’s behind the walls matters just as much as what you see. 💪

It’s what’s inside your home that counts. 👀

This Bristol, TN home is being renovated near the Country Club, and seeing this original brick before it’s covered with drywall is a sight to see.

10/05/2026

Another day as Johnson City’s premier insulation installers. 💪

Today, the Mullins crew is installing spray foam insulation at another Earp Construction home, helping make sure this new build is comfortable and energy efficient from day one. 🏡

Quality builders trust quality insulation.

This former bank in downtown Erwin is being restored by Preston Construction, and Mullins is handling the insulation along with the fire protective coating over the insulation.

We love seeing buildings like this brought back to life, especially right here in East Tennessee. 🔨

Now THIS is something you don’t see every day in East Tennessee. 👀

A home built with metal stud framing! Our Mullins crew installed both spray foam and Rockwool insulation to help keep this unique home comfortable and energy efficient.

Not your typical home, and definitely not your typical insulation job. 💪

09/21/2026

Here’s something you don’t see from us every day. 👀

For this project, we’re using a thin layer of spray foam to help seal air gaps, then installing fiberglass batts over top for additional thermal insulation.

Spray foam + fiberglass, each doing what it does best. 💪

09/16/2026

Best cotton candy in town. 😂🩷

Except you probably don’t want to eat this stuff.

Our pink blown in insulation is the best of the best.

09/14/2026

The social media guy might be a little biased, but this is one of our favorite homes we’ve photographed yet. 📸🏔️

This Beech Mountain home is ridiculously photogenic outside, incredible inside, and the heated floors are a pretty nice touch too.

Make sure you look through ALL the photos. This one deserves it. 👀

And of course, Mullins made sure the insulation behind it all was just as impressive.
