Rained out this morning so I've been checking on some quotes and other busy work. This was my response to a potential customer that I had quoted a $7500 job to as well as an agreement for weekly mowing services. Luckily they were very understanding and easy to work with. They were on the fence with regular services and I had to turn them down and put my regular customers first. I take pride in keeping my schedule as tight as possible, and will always put regular customers before potential ones.

I've been slammed the last 3 weeks playing catchup and had a ton of maintenance to get caught up on. In my opinion, the stuff you dont get paid for is the hardest to do. However, maintaining your equipment is essential to staying reliable and on schedule. I'm lucky my little assistant is so eager to help out.
