Here is an office build for Wolf Creek Seed we did a few months ago. There was alot going on here, we had a little over a month to complete this project before there big seed day. We did a little bit of everything on this one from the mineral wool insulation, sheetrock, taping, painting, lots of barnwood (some new, some old), galvanized metal wainscoat, we took an acetylene torch to some rough sawn cedar to make some beams, epoxy flooring. The pallet reception desk with same burnt rough sawn cedar countertop coated in epoxy. There was probably alot more going on and there is little more to do thats being saved for a bitter cold day. Big thanks to John and Roger Wilcox over at Wolf Creek. It was really a fun build.

So its been a quite while since I've posted any projects. So there is alot to catch up on, so ill start with a recent bathroom project. We took the small narrow bathroom and opened it up 2' wider, added a double sink vanity, a flexstone walk in shower, led lighted mirror, exhaust fan with heater. And the highlight of the whole room, VENETIAN PLASTER WALLS AND CEILING, which I will do a whole seperate post on this unique,and sophisticated wall covering. This is a Carrera plaster, color is dolomite, with a matte finish, and the ceiling is a lightly burnished, white marmorino ceiling. Thanks to the owner for giving us the opportunity to really do something different and create a beautiful bathroom.

A follow up from the other day, finished the flooring at the church. We installed the two rooms a few months back and it just worked out to continue in from there and go thru the gym to kitchen and down to the bathrooms. The flooring they chose is top notch and would highly recommend, it's a product that was supplied by our friends over at Correctionville Lumber, it's called Karndean. Thanks to the fellowship at the Rock Branch Church for the opportunity to continue to be a part of the great history of the building.

Rainy days bring new flooring. This rigid vinyl planking manufactured by Marquis, was really nice to install. The planks have thick acoustic backing, making it feel softer to walk on and is also waterproof. If your in need of some new flooring, in most cases it only takes a day, feel free to reach out.

Yes, we also install commercial hollow metal doors and frames, complete with new panic bars, closures, and electric strikes. This one comes with a little story. Back in my earlier years I worked for a commercial contractor, I had this boss that was all about passing his 30+ years of experience off to the younger generation, to this day I still carry that knowledge and appreciation. He originally installed these doors long ago, for the same owners. It was a neat feeling to be able to provide them with the same customer service, connection, and craftsmanship as they had back then.

Alot of times we look at the finished picture, after all the prep work is all done. The real labor part, all the work, sweat, details, and cursing it takes to get to that final product is often overlooked. Prep work is the most important. For me, what matters is what is what's behind the scenes. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for this one of a kind finish.

We recently completed this Granite colored Board and Batten vinyl siding job, with a Novik Carrera Grigio drystack stone accent at the front if the home. The owner did a really nice job picking these colors. We also added new white aluminum soffit.
