โ๏ธ SAFETY NOTICE: Please skip the swim this weekend! โ๏ธ
With the severe weather moving through our area, we want to remind all of our customers that it is not safe to be in or around your swimming pool this weekend.
While it might be tempting to jump in if the rain lets up, storm conditions introduce several serious safety hazards:
โก Lightning Risk: Water is a prime conductor of electricity. If you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
๐จ Wind & Debris: High winds can blow patio furniture, heavy tree limbs, and sharp debris directly into the pool area, creating a major injury risk.
๐ฆ Water Contamination: Heavy storm runoff introduces dirt, nitrates, and wild bacteria into the water. This rapidly depletes your chlorine, making the water unsanitary until it can be rebalanced.
๐ Electrical Hazards: Rising water levels or localized flooding can submerge pool pumps and surrounding electrical equipment.
Our team will be working hard early next week to get your pools cleaned, chemically balanced, and ready for you to enjoy safely once the weather clears.
Stay safe, stay dry, and please keep off the pool decks until the storms pass! ๐๐
