Beautiful old single room farmhouse that we were brought in to revive in the Schulenburg/Halletsville area. We tore out the existing vinyl siding and single-pane windows, and installed new high efficiency picture windows, Hardie board and batten siding, and most of all...insulation in the walls! Also installed a new minisplit A/C system (I was especially happy with how the custom refrigerant line covers turned out). Quiet and comfortable in this newly renovated guest house.

The views are so spectactular that this one had to have picture windows!

This was a fun barn rebuild. Tore it down to vertical columns only, then rebuilt with new metal trusses, purlins, R-Panel skin, new barn doors, new lighting and power, new doors and windows, workshop space, workbenches and shelving. Big thanks to the owner who allowed us to get creative with this one.
