Do you ever have one of those days where you know something isn’t right in the house? Well that happened to me Saturday, I was cleaning away and noticed that the floor was bubbled up a little so being a restoration company I pulled out my moisture meter and tested the floor. To my surprise it was saturated, well I should say soaked. So I we went to work doing the demo pulled out the floor and found a lake on the netting under the floor! To my surprise not only was my condensation pan overflowing and making everything wet but the grey pipe from the kitchen had a break as well. So when you have that feeling something isn’t right go with it. I am fortunate enough to know how to do the demo and repairs but not everyone is able to do it themselves, and that is what we are here for, 24 hours a day 7 days a week

It’s that time again!! Super excited to be part of this great event every month the Kingman AZ Area Chamber of Commerce puts on! If you have not been down town on first Friday you are missing out on meeting hundreds of local vendors, businesses and food trucks. Why look outside of Kingman for specialty items or business when this one event every month brings them to you? This is a free admission event (there are some vendor fees for activities) and it’s family and pet friendly. Come down tomorrow evening and meet some new people, pick up some information or specialty items.

We had a great time at the Kingman AZ Area Chamber of Commerce mega mixer last night. When we say “It’s a family business “ we mean it. Our youngest was even helping out by handing out business cards for Air Duct Dynasty.
