Watching Someone Grow 🌱
Last year, Zeb came to work with me as a rookie. He was green and didn’t know much about the lawn and turf industry.
This year, he’s learned how to mow, lay down some of the cleanest lines I’ve seen, edge, and identify and manage crabgrass, broadleaf weeds, dallisgrass, and much more.
More importantly, I’ve watched his work ethic and confidence grow tremendously.
Today, he handled this property completely on his own, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park.
Zeb heads back to college in a few days, and I’m definitely going to miss having him around. I’m proud of how far he’s come and thankful for all the hard work he’s put in.
From rookie to someone I can trust to handle a property on his own. That’s growth. 🌱💪
Go get ’em, Zeb! Proud of you, buddy.
