Flowers Electric is hiring!
We’re looking to add one person to our team in the King/Winston-Salem area.
Electrical experience is preferred, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person. You don’t need to know everything—we have experienced electricians who can teach someone who genuinely wants to learn the trade.
What matters most to us is finding someone who:
* Shows up every day and on time
* Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
* Has good common sense and is mechanically inclined
* Is willing to work and learn
* Takes pride in doing things the right way
* Can work well with a small crew and professionally around our customers
Our work is varied and includes commercial electrical work, service work, remodels, EV chargers, structured cabling/low voltage, and specialty electrical projects. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn more than just one type of electrical work.
We’re a small company and are looking for the right fit more than the perfect résumé. If you have some electrical experience, great. If you’re green but dependable, hardworking, have common sense, and seriously want to learn a skilled trade, we still want to hear from you.
Full-time position. Pay based on experience and ability.
