She Spec'd It Pink. And She Earned Every Bit of It.

Jenna Walker is the Women In Trucking May 2026 Member of the Month. She is an owner-operator at Walker Sand and Stone Inc. and she has been driving since the day after she turned 18.

No shortcuts. She rode along with every operator who would let her before she ever took the wheel herself. Then she started hauling. Real loads. Demanding jobs. Lowboy moves. Caterpillar equipment.

Her truck is a pink Western Star 49X with a DD16. She spec'd it herself. The Walker family has been running Western Stars since 1974. The pink is for breast cancer awareness and it is impossible to miss.

She also uses her platform to bring more women into trucking and reach the next generation of drivers.

Her advice: "Don't wait for permission. If you're willing to learn and put in the work, there's a place for you here."
