Bathroom remodel completed this month. Everything got stripped out of the room besides the drywall, removed and replaced closet, soffit, shower, toilet, flooring, trim and vanity. All brand new plumbing for shower and vanity. Custom shower in a beautiful biscuit and oil rubbed bronze trim, new exhaust fan and lighting all around! Was a very exciting transformation!!

Bed/bathroom addition I've been working on for the past couple months, finally got it done. Huge thanks to Greg Amos with Moose complete drywall, Chance with Chance's painting, Jeff Reckers with Ricci Plumbing, Ty Sanders for the HVAC work, and Frank Whitehead for the electrical work. (I'll tag them in the comments bc my fb is goofy).

Built in shelves in the bathroom with grab bars all over for plenty of assistance, all new doors are 36" doorways and of course have to have the fancy barn door!! All red oak trim in the bedroom, paired with the evergreen fog, turned out very nice. Smokey blue paired with the white trim, white tile surround in shower and white marble flooring in the bathroom compliments each other very nicely as well!

And moving outside we went with a 8 inch vinyl siding to match the existing siding, which does so very well, vented aluminum soffit, rubber roofing on the existing roof, 30 year shingle on the new roof.

Last but not least, I went ahead and graded the yard away from the house, seeded and strawed the yard, got more gravel for the driveway and drug out the driveway.

This job was a big one for me, and I'm very grateful for the opportunity to make it become reality!

It's been a pleasure working with all of my amazing customers this year and getting to see parts of their homes completely transformed day by day has been an incredible journey.
