Some dear friends of ours and employee of SP Construction for 10+ years recently had a serious health scare. Erik had to call an ambulance for his wife Chelsea when she became unresponsive. They initially thought she suffered a seizure and went into cardiac arrest. She was admitted to the ICU in Twin Falls for further testing. They quickly determined she needed more of a work up so they transferred her via ambulance to Boise. After several tests and a short stay in their ICU she was transferred via lifelight to Murray Utah ICU! She had a biopsy of her heart determining she has a form of myocarditis. She had a defibrillator/pacemaker placed and will be on medication lifelong for the arrhythmias. They made it home last night after almost 2 weeks in the hospital. They have both been out of work during this time and a lot of people have asked us how they can help. Chelsea is still very limited in what she can physically do. We would like to help lighten their burden! I’m putting together a meal train for them. If you’re local and want to provide a home cooked meal or out of town and want to do gift card for them or even just a donation directly to their Venmo. I have set up a meal train up for them and will attach their Venmo below.
