Our homeowner opted for #1 Select treated decking over composite options for their new back patio. We determined it would be best to replace the girders and joists as well, while maintaining the same footprint. Blocking was added for picture-frame design. Joist tape added atop joists and blocking to lengthen the lifespan of the structure. Decking installed in picture-frame design with stainless fasteners for a lasting bond between members, especially important in our coastal community! 🤟🏽

💡This custom bench was the perfect solution for under the dining room window, offering hidden storage as well as seating. We love a versatile, multi-function solution!

🎨 The bench was finished with Benjamin Moore’s Command paint in Satin White, an extremely durable acrylic enamel that offers abrasion resistance.
