A new outdoor space, built with the coast in mind.

This screened porch addition creates a comfortable, durable outdoor living space designed for coastal conditions. The project includes new structural deck framing, DecKorators composite decking with picture framing and breaker boards, TimberTech composite railing, and a ScreenEze screening system with a new vinyl screen door. The porch ceiling will feature LP SmartSide lap siding in SnowScape White with random joints, paired with 316 stainless steel exterior fasteners for added durability.

The project also includes siding removal and replacement to properly install the house-band flashing and maintain the home’s moisture protection. New 5-inch white gutters and downspouts along the right elevation will provide proper water management and complete the project.

From the framing and flashing to the finished materials, every detail is considered to create an outdoor space that is comfortable, functional, and built for coastal living.

A complete deck transformation, built from the frame up. 🛠️

For the Richerson Deck Replacement, we removed the existing front and back decks, framing, stairs, and supporting pilings and rebuilt the outdoor spaces with a fresh, durable design.
The new elevated decks feature TimberTech Reserve Collection decking in Driftwood, picture framing, breaker boards, stainless steel cable railing, and integrated post-mounted lighting. New stairs and a ground-level deck complete the updated outdoor space.
