Our model is not a cost plus model but and Proven CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT process that has you the owner in control with us as the craftsman and overseer of the quality of the project.
Our interest is not to get you to build on price but quality at a Fair price and with no incentive for you to over spend.
Both quality and budget can be meet with good planning and great oversight. Every build will have a qualified inspector throughout the project. A third party inspector that has no interest but to make sure the Best building practices and codes are adhered to.
