One of our customers decided that he wanted to start bagging his own ice so we installed a brand new machine that will make 1000lbs of ice in a 24 hour period. He is very happy with it. I think it turned out good as well.

Austin and I did a tear out today. We took out a combination walk in cooler/freezer and a stand alone freezer at Jefferson ISD. We took out the 40+ year old equipment. After the concrete work is done they will be getting new boxes and equipment. We will post more pictures when the new equipment arrives. You can call us the 2 man demo crew. This week we were super fortunate to pick up a huge refrigeration install job in Houston. We left Sunday night and came back Wednesday night. None of the equipment showed up but we were able to run about 800ft of copper. It's a 7 system refrigeration system with 6 coolers and 1 freezer. We will have to go back to finish installing the evaporators and the condenser. I will definitely be posting more pictures as they come. Not bad for a 2 man group. Definitely need help though. If anyone is interested in my apprenticeship shoot me a message or text.

I have been training a young kid for about a year and eight months, he is 18 now. Since december I have been trying to decide how I want to go about getting a second service vehicle. After lots of praying and consulting with my mentors I finally made a decision. Last week I went and bought a new truck, new ladder rack a decker box and tool box. Lots of company supplied tools and cut my apprentice loose. He has been running service calls alone out of my truck all winter so I felt like it was time to set him up. I have only been on my own for 2 years and I only dreamed about running a business. Now I have to think about hiring another apprentice in hopes that I can get another truck in 2027. Definitely a dream come true!

Today was a long day. We started at 8:30am and we finished at 8:30pm. The electricians got done at 5pm. 7 Brew in Longview got a brand new dry storage and cooler install. Of course we had to put the Reytech stamp of approval.

Eagle ISD in Ft, Worth got some new hoods this week. We had to install some stainless steel walls before hanging the hood. It doesn't look good at the moment because of the protective plastic over it but when the construction is done it will be shiny. We hung 2) 14ft hoods and 1) 6.7ft hood. Not bad for a 2 man group.
