The next phase is where the new layout starts taking shape.

At Baby Brezza’s Newark office, we are building an additional conference room, running underground electrical for the wall-mounted display, replacing flooring affected by the work, and completing a new kitchen area with the plumbing infrastructure it requires.

Some of the most important work will never be visible once the project is complete — conduits beneath the floor, water and sanitary lines, and core drilling through a 12-inch concrete slab.

That is the point.

When the glass goes in and the finishes are complete, everything should feel like it was always meant to be there.

Final reveal coming next.
