Keeping it fresh for spring break 😅

Good morning, friends,

As many of you have come to know and love Keely for the warmth, humor, and kindness she has brought to the front end of our phone lines and to every call she has taken, she has decided to enter into blissful retirement.

We are so happy for her as she begins this new chapter and enjoys more free time with her children, family, and of course her beloved dog, Cocoa, who will also be sorely missed as part of our daily office life. Over the years, many of you have built wonderful relationships with Keely, and we would be more than happy to pass along any farewell messages or well wishes.

With this news, I would also like to introduce Claudia to our team, who I am confident you will all come to know and appreciate as well. Claudia comes to us with a strong industry background, including similar dispatch roles here on the island. We are very excited to have her on board and to see the knowledge and experience she will bring as we continue improving our day-to-day operations. She is also bi-lingual, which is always a tremendous asset.

Claudia has been a Key West local for 19 years and lives on the island with her husband and children. As many of you know, in order to ensure that no dispatch is ever missed and that we can properly manage the sheer volume of information coming in from hotels, guest houses, and residential properties, our systems may appear simple and user-friendly on the front end, but behind the scenes they are quite complex.

Over the next week, we ask for your patience as Claudia completes her transition into the role. At times, there may be someone assisting her on or beside the call as she becomes fully familiar with our systems and procedures.
