Feels like yesterday on this build but it’s been over two years. The reason being I’m slow building it out of my pocket. Because I don’t want to pay a mortgage I don’t wanna pay interest payments. I don’t want to pay insurance. When I’m slow, I use it for a place for my guys to go so that they can continue to get a paycheck every week. it’s Icf construction. 2600 ft.² four bedroom bedrooms, four master bathrooms. 10 foot ceilings on both floors. 280 ft.² garage and a loft in the garage for storage .  The property was also elevated 30 inches. 220 mile wind load with an R 80 insulation value . Almost done putting a bronze color Standing Seam roof and prepping for stucco and window install.
