Fluidra North America Important Update Regarding Jandy Salt Cell Replacements
Recently, we have seen an increase in counterfeit Jandy® AquaPure® and TruClear® replacement kits, specifically salt cells, being identified in the field.
The use of counterfeit parts can lead to operational and performance issues, may create safety and reliability concerns, and may void the warranty coverage of the associated Jandy product. In addition, these products can negatively impact the customer experience and the reputation of the Jandy brand.
If you encounter counterfeit parts being used with Jandy products, educate the customer that these parts are not manufactured or authorized by Fluidra/Jandy and are not eligible for warranty coverage. We also encourage customers to purchase replacement parts through authorized Jandy dealers and distributors to ensure product authenticity and proper warranty protection.
