service this area. Why our rates? I strive to get an actual reasonable and living wage for Brand Ambassadors in Key West Florida as we are not the mainland. Living cost is high here. The Mayor published an article that in order to afford housing, wages need to start at $32 an hour, this is base wage. Our Brand Ambassadors are worth more. Also the target demographic for BAs make a living wage as bartenders, servers and dancers in order to live here. Those hours compete with sampling events and they can make more on a shift at their current job.
