Pour day in the Upper Keys. 🔨🌊

Another waterfront project is taking shape as our crew works through the concrete pour, from framing and prep to leveling and finishing.

There’s a lot that happens between the start of a project and the final result, and getting each step right is what sets the foundation for a dock built to last.

Another one underway in the Upper Keys. 👷‍♂️🌴

We’re just a few days into this waterfront project, where our crew is extending the existing dock and adding a new boat lift to give the homeowners more usable space and a better setup for their boat.

Right now it might look like a whole lot of dirt, equipment and materials… but give us a little time. 👀

Fresh concrete. New seawall. New dock. One hard-to-beat view. 🌊

Today’s progress: concrete poured and leveled on this new waterfront dock, bringing another Upper Keys project one step closer to the finish line.

The smooth finish might be what you see, but it’s the work underneath that makes the difference. Built for strength, longevity, and life on the water.
