There are moments in life that remind you what really matters.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen the very best of this community. We’ve watched neighbors become family, strangers become friends, and businesses set aside their own challenges to help someone else.

Over the last several days, we’ve made some incredible friendships, met some truly amazing people, and been reminded just how special this community is.

We’ve accomplished so much already thanks to countless volunteers, family, friends, customers, and complete strangers. There’s still a long road ahead, but by the grace of God, we’ll get there.

Kerr County hasn’t abandoned us, and we certainly won’t abandon you.

Royal Flush Plumbing is open, taking calls, and proud to continue serving the community that’s carried us through one of our hardest seasons.

Unfortunately, due to the flooding, our shop has been significantly impacted and we are unable to safely open our doors to the public until we can fully assess the damage. Please bear with us as communication may be slower than normal as our team is tirelessly cleaning up what we can.

That said, we are still responding to emergency service calls as the weather allows. Our priority is keeping both our employees and our community safe while continuing to help those in need. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through these conditions.

Our hearts are with every family, business, and first responder affected by this devastating flooding. Please continue to look out for one another, stay safe, and keep everyone impacted in your prayers.

Gavin is truly one of those employees you are just grateful to have. He is hardworking, respectful, dependable and always one of the first to step up and help wherever he is needed. Our customers absolutely love him, and honestly, so do we!

For being as young as he is, the amount of talent and potential Gavin has is incredible. He takes pride in his work, treats our customers with respect and represents Royal Flush in a way that makes us proud. His hard work, knowledge, and the kind of person he is does not go unnoticed.

Today, we celebrate freedom, family, and the country we are so blessed to call home. 🇺🇸

But here in the Hill Country, July 4th carries a little more weight now.

One year ago, our communities experienced unimaginable loss. Lives were changed, families were forever impacted, and places we love were left unrecognizable. But in the middle of heartbreak, we also witnessed something we will never forget, neighbors helping neighbors, strangers becoming family, and the entire Hill Country standing together.

Today, we celebrate America while remembering those we lost, praying for the families who still carry that grief, and honoring every first responder, volunteer, lineman, business, church, and helping hand who showed up when our communities needed it most.

We remember.
We are grateful.
And we remain Hill Country Strong. 💚
