Our church family(Both local and extended), friends, and other local businesses assisting have been busy this week!
Between the hundreds of burgers, plates, and over a thousand tacos, we’re all working together to help keep volunteers and first responders fed during this difficult time. route66 church is coordinating and acting as a small(but effective) central kitchen location.
Today we loaded up three griddles and served four hundred tacos in Centerpoint, and Hunt Tx!
Thank you to everyone who donated their time, and funds to make this meal possible.
And a special thank you to Acapulco Mexican Restaurant in our hometown of Kerrville for donating 500 fresh tortillas for today, and an additional 500 for tomorrow’s service!

We’re currently working with our church Mission Route 66 , KerrTex Motors, and church family from Bandera to feed as many people as we can.
We were able to deliver over 200 taco’s to the command center in Ingram and 150 to Trinity Baptist church, and 300 to Centerpoint VFD.
We’re now working on 300 hamburgers to get to Centerpoint VFD for lunch.

Complete with a fully heated floor system(including shower floor and bench), antique brass chandeliers/sconces, and Panasonic whisper series bath fans/heaters.

Pre-wiring for the ceiling lighting.

The guys put the lighting legs in place for the under stacked ceiling that will get put in after spray foam insulation.
