We’re hiring a Concrete Form Setter/Finisher to join our team in Kerrville, TX.

C&M Concrete Precast & Construction has been family-owned and operated since 1978. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and teamwork, and is ready to be part of a crew delivering high-quality commercial concrete projects throughout the Hill Country and beyond.

What we offer:
• $21–$25/hour based on experience and qualifications
• Paid time off + paid holidays after 90 days
• Medical and life insurance after 90 days
• Simple IRA retirement plan after one year
• Per diem for out-of-town projects
• Opportunity to grow with an experienced, established team

Experience with concrete formwork, rebar setting, pouring, screeding, and finishing is preferred. Operator experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
