It’s not often that one is tasked with rectifying another’s work, but such situations do arise periodically. Unfortunately, these homeowners had previously engaged inexperienced individuals to work on their residence before partnering with R&L. Due to the urgency of addressing the issues, there are limited before photos. The project presented several challenges, including: -Improperly installed corner beads -Excessive application of silicone/caulk on interior angles -Inadequate taping -Excessive coating Overall, this project was particularly noteworthy.

Small garage job completed. Owner had new drywall installed on the ceiling. Knockdown ceiling and we decided to go with an orange peel/small splatter texture on the walls to help conceal all the minor blemishes from years of abuse.
