We have been very busy… it’s been a minute since I have posted an update and we have done so much since 3 months ago. These pictures are still not up to date and I will try to take more tomorrow. Thanks for all the support! I am so happy with the transformation so far. Excited to see it when we are done. Below are pictures when we first started (November 14th) until about 2 weeks ago. We have done everything from the roof over bedroom, tearing out rotten joist and new subfloor, changed layout and design including new framing and adding support columns, removed all old drywall, insulation. Removed electric and ran all new. We are currently working on setting lights and other electrical fixtures. Running all new sanitary drain and vent lines, and also all new water lines. Drywall is almost complete and they have started painting and putting up trim. We are now working on all rough in for both bathrooms. Also adding onto back of garage and turning it into separate living area with its own bedroom, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Thankful for my guys that go with the flow and get everything done because there were no set plans for any of this. Also thankful for the homeowners who have trusted us through this process to transform this house that used to set in front of WALMART almost 20 years ago 😲😲😲 into their forever home 🏠
