We had a little fun with this one.

This charcuterie board was made from a beautiful piece of wood and shaped into a unique feather design. I love making pieces that aren’t just functional, but also have a little personality to them.

Perfect for putting together a charcuterie spread, serving appetizers, or just having it out as a statement piece.

This one is available, and we can also make something custom for you.

Message us if you’re interested!

Another custom project complete!

Our latest build for Gather & Graze was a fun challenge—and we love a good challenge.

They needed a beautiful live edge table that could be completely disassembled for easy transport without sacrificing strength, stability, or style. The result? A one-of-a-kind table that's as functional as it is beautiful.

Every custom build is designed around our clients' specific needs, because no two projects are the same.

Thank you, Gather & Graze , for trusting The Lumber Vault with another custom piece. We can't wait to see this table put to good use!

If you have a custom woodworking idea, we'd love to bring it to life.

I’m so excited to share this gorgeous rosewood butcher block we just finished! I love how the natural patterns pop, and it’s super sturdy thanks to the end-grain design.
Big shoutout to Rabbit Laser for the amazing engraving—they really brought our LV logo to life! If you’re dreaming of a custom wood piece like this, let’s make it happen!
Thanks so much for all your support—we couldn’t do this without you!

We had the opportunity to create and install this custom wall for P&R Communications in Dayton, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

From concept to completion, every detail was crafted to add character, professionalism, and a lasting impression to their space. Custom woodwork has a way of transforming an ordinary wall into a statement piece, and this project did exactly that.

A huge thank you to the team at P&R Communications for trusting us with your vision. We appreciate the opportunity to bring it to life!

If you're looking to elevate your office, business, or home with a custom accent wall, feature wall, or one-of-a-kind woodworking project, we'd love to help.

This beautiful live-edge slab is full of possibilities! The grain, natural edges, and character make it the perfect starting point for something truly one of a kind.

We love seeing a rough slab transformed into a piece that will be enjoyed for generations. Tell us in the comments—what would you make from this slab?
