Sometimes good coordination starts with catching the problem before it becomes one.
Early in Hermanson’s work at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, our team identified a conflict between the existing oxygen main and the new building foundation.
Working alongside the GC and Campus Facilities, the team developed a plan for an early shutdown and temporary oxygen supply with three levels of redundancy. The plan was executed without interruption to campus operations or impacts to the project schedule.
Beyond solving the immediate challenge, the process helped establish a strong working relationship between the construction and facilities teams that carried through the multi-year project.
