Same leasing office. Completely different first impression!
Talk about a transformation! 💙 💚

We took an entrance that was once dominated by concrete and introduced beautiful planting beds, greenery, and pops of color to bring some much-needed life to the space.

The result? A more welcoming entrance for residents, visitors, and future residents checking out the community.

Sometimes the best spaces are the ones tucked away. 🌿 We love how this corner of our client’s property came together. A dedicated space for the sauna, surrounded by new plantings, lighting, and a paver walkway that connects it back to the rest of the yard.

A backyard for them AND the dogs. 🐾

What started as a worn-down yard with drainage issues is now a low-maintenance space everyone can actually enjoy.

We think the homeowner summed it up perfectly:
“We still have a yard our dogs can actually enjoy, but now it’s finally a space we can enjoy with them instead of a yard that just belongs to them.”

Is it too early to start talking about leaf pickup? 🍂👀

Maybe… but fall is officially making its way onto the properties we maintain.

A little before, during, and after from one of our maintenance crews. Because staying ahead of the leaves is all part of keeping a property clean, welcoming, and cared for throughout the season.

And judging by that “before” photo… the trees were keeping our crew busy.
