Another complete garage transformation in the books!

This garage received a full exterior makeover from the ground up, replacing years of worn-out, damaged materials with a beautiful, low-maintenance exterior built to last.

Our scope of work included:
• Complete removal of the old, outdated vinyl siding
• Replacement of damaged wall sections with new 1/2-inch plywood sheathing
• Installation of Block-It house wrap for an added layer of weather protection
• Replacement of all rotted wood fascia boards and door framing, wrapped in maintenance-free aluminum
• New aluminum soffit and fascia system
• New Mastic Carvedwood Double 4 vinyl siding
• Brand-new seamless aluminum gutters with oversized 3×4 downspouts for improved water drainage
• New Kichler Barrington exterior light fixtures for a clean, updated appearance

A big thank you to Dan’s Roofing for completing the new roof and helping bring this project together.

The end result is a clean, modern, maintenance-free exterior that not only enhances the garage’s appearance but also provides years of lasting protection.

What a Transformation!

It’s hard to believe this is the same shed. Starting with nothing more than OSB sheathing and house wrap, we completed the exterior with beautiful Norandex Cedar Knolls Double 4” Olive siding, white aluminum soffit and fascia, and a complete gutter system with hinged downspout extensions.

We topped it off with Round Top Mid-America gable vents, barn-style light fixtures, and decorative stone for the perfect finishing touch. Attention to the little details is what brings a project to life.

Before & After Repair

This steel outside corner post and inside support rail were heavily damaged after being struck. Instead of replacing the components, we carefully removed the bends and dents, reshaped the metal, and restored the corner assembly to an almost like-new condition.

A clean repair, no material waste, and a finished product that blends seamlessly with the existing exterior.

Following the customer’s installation of a new service door, uneven gaps remained between the new brick mold and the existing J-channel. Custom-fabricated jamb and brick mold trim pieces were formed from Russet Red aluminum trim coil to provide a clean, professional, and finished appearance around the new door installation.

Performed repair to wind-damaged soffit area by removing loose and damaged existing V-groove soffit panels. Original soffit system consisted of older individual 6” wide panels that are no longer readily available. Installed new Ply Gem 12” V-groove aluminum soffit panels in the affected area, securing and restoring the soffit system to proper condition while closely matching the existing appearance.
