The Gleam Team

Many might wonder why I started The Gleam Team LLC.

I’ll tell you.

Working with companies that just touched Glass and Left, not finishing wiping the sills. Not putting in the extra effort to be a step above.
I take pride in my work. It’s more than just a job for me.
It’s a canvass to leave behind that came from sweat, hard work and love.
Seeing the finished clear window picturing memories from your home that is brighter and joyful. Because just like your home there’s a history and a story to it.
It’s being a part of a community to serving the people around, being a friend and neighbor that they can rely on.

Life’s too short to not live, laugh and enjoy a way to try and make a difference.

So if your thinking about a window cleaning service. Think about this post.
Think about memories to make and the stories we tell from just a small town guy.

Wishing great memories and dreams we believe in.

It’s been a while since I posted.
As far as business goes, I’m still operating and running it.However, to my business clients I have stepped back a few months to get settled into the Kaukauna area! I hope to anyone of my clients thinking I’ve stopped.
I didn’t, I’m still here and if you need me to come by to get your windows back in order feel free to reach back out and I’ll get you scheduled again!

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

I pray business for the ones who suffered loss with the weather continue to recover and improve!

Wish the best to all!

Three years have passed since our business began serving local businesses, communities, and residential areas, and it's astonishing to reflect on our journey. I appreciate the trust and support from our clients who gave us the chance to serve them. Our endeavors have yielded not only a successful business but also lasting relationships and friendships from New London to Greenbay and Hortonville, WI, including few from Kenosha.

The dominance of corporations is having a devastating impact on small businesses and communities, much like the erosion of the middle class. However, by supporting one another, we can create authentic connections and provide support, much like the bartering systems of the 19th century. We all have a vital role to play in serving each other and creating a genuine sense of purpose.

Together we can stay strong! It’s small towns like New London Area Chamber of Commerce and others that show the importance to give back to our communities!

Thank you for those reminders!

To show my support, I am initially purchasing shirts from the New London community. For every service I provide, I will donate 15% to the New London Chamber, benefiting local businesses and residents. I am fortunate to have been a part of the local community from the start of my business. -Branden Gott

As a business owner, I can empathize with the difficulties faced by businesses in New London and Outagamie/Waupaca counties. To show my support for the local business community, I will be donating 15% of the proceeds from any of my services to the New London Area Chamber of Commerce. This donation serves as a gesture of gratitude to the local community that have been great supporters of this business. New London Area Chamber of Commerce.
